At Bancomer we are very concerned about providing you with maximum security for your Internet transactions

Your Tarjeta de Acceso Seguro (Safe Access Card) and the number of your Debit Card are the keys to entering your Online Banking Service. Remember that these are personal and non-transferable, and they should not be provided to anyone. (This is available in the advanced service).

If you provide third parties with the data on your Safe Access Card, they may make fraudulent use of the information.
  In the event of theft or loss of your Safe Access Card, report it immediately to Línea Bancomer (52262663 in Mexico City or 018002262663 from elsewhere in Mexico).

Your Access Codes are confidential. Do not provide them to third parties, under any circumstances. We recommend that your memorize them and that you do not register them in your computer files
