When visiting our Branch Offices, please follow these recommendations:
- Do not use a cellular telephone while inside the Branch Office
- Approach the teller’s window only when it is your turn; do not get near to another customer when that person is at the window since it could arouse suspicion or restlessness. It is very important to respect the privacy of others
- If you need information regarding transactions or services, do not request it at the teller’s window. The executives at the Customer Services desks will be glad to provide all the information you need
- Before leaving the teller’s window, make sure that your documentation is properly stamped
