¡Important information for users of Online Banking!
Accounts with Acceso Seguro Digital (Secure Digital Access): If you have tried to enter the Service, after having registered your Card Number and Access Code, and the password of your Acceso Seguro Digital is rejected, do not try to re-enter it immediately. Wait 30 minutes and if the password is rejected again, do not retry.
Accounts with Tarjeta Acceso Seguro (Secure Access Card): If once you have entered your Card Number and Access Code, the system should request that you provide all the information of your Tarjeta Acceso Seguro, do not comply. Remember that we only request ONE CODE when you enter the Service.
