Your Responsibilities

You must read and fully understand all terms and conditions explained in your Service Agreement before using Bancomer On-Line Services, where all relevant aspects are fully detailed. You are fully responsible for keeping the confidentiality of your passwords, account numbers, personal identification and other account information.

Bancomer will not be held responsible for errors or negligence on the part of the Client when using On-Line Services and will not cover losses due to:

	Registration errors or incorrect use of the service.
	Negligence in the handling, or sharing of, the passwords which should produce or cause unauthorized access to the accounts.
	Leaving the computer unattended during an on-line session.
	A delay of more than 2 days in reporting incidents of unauthorized accesses.
